Capstone Project - Creating a consent form

In preparation for the playtest I intend on performing next week, I have created a consent form for my participants to fill in in the event that I record the playthrough to add to my blog. I followed the template from Wenta's website for information that I should include in my consent form. I will not be recording any individuals under the age of 18, and all participants reserve the right to revoke consent at any time. I will be sharing the link to my consent form before anything just to make sure that everyone has understood what the purpose for filming will be. I have also included my email on the bottom of the form for any participants to contact me in the case they wish for the video to be removed. Before I do anything though I will also make sure to ask my tutor that I am allowed to record, and that I have included all necessary information in my consent form. As the video may be filmed within a classroom, there are people in the background who have not consented to being included in the video so it may be the case I have to film somewhere more quiet to ensure I am not breaking GDPR.
