Capstone Project: Formatting 2
Client cards:
I went back into my Scribus files to fix up some of the cards, I have now properly applied the Bleed to all of the cards which I have noticed made them look much neater in the preview view. Below are all of the cards I have completed so far, the resolution on some of the assets looks a bit low in this view but it shouldn't look like that in the final print [its just scribus optimizing the view as there are so many assets].
Furniture cards:
Flipping the orientation of the vertical client cards, I assembled the front and back of my furniture cards. Nothing more needs to be done one these unlike the other cards which still need the backs designing. These look great and I'm so glad I used the tiled background idea.
Employee cards:
Here are all the employees I've done so far, I will update this post as I complete them. I did have to manually create the bold text for the titles as my font did not have a bold setting, I did this by using the drop shadow function in Scribus, adjusting the shadow colour to white, then altering the offset to be -2 and 2 to give a bold effect.

Now that I have all of these formatted and ready to print, this allows me to simply add in my assets to these templates and really quickly put together final print-ready cards. This was just a small task I wanted to complete in between making my employee cards just to make my life easier further down the line. I will need to come back and design the card backs however I think for most of these I will just go with the game's logo on a cave painting background to save on time.
